Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Hidden Layerz, we aim to get your favorite outfits to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. We partner with India’s leading logistics providers like Delhivery, Shiprocket, and India Post Premium to ensure seamless delivery.

1. Shipping Timelines

We know you’re excited to wear your new look! Here is what you can expect:

  • Order Processing: Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours (Monday–Saturday).

  • Metro Cities: Delivery within 1–3 business days.

  • Rest of India: Delivery within 4–7 business days.

  • Remote Locations: For certain North-Eastern states or J&K, please allow up to 10 business days.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders.

  • Express Shipping: Need it for a party this weekend? Select Express Shipping at checkout for ₹79 (available in select metros for 24-48 hour delivery).

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is scanned by our courier partner, you will receive a WhatsApp and Email notification with a live tracking link. You can also track your order directly on our website under the 'Track Order' tab.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • COD is available for orders up to ₹10,000. For higher-value orders, please use a prepaid method.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the package and make the payment. Our partners will attempt delivery 3 times before returning the package to us (RTO).

  • Note: Frequent RTOs may lead to the suspension of COD privileges for your account.

6. Important Delivery Notes

  • Incomplete Address: We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incomplete addresses or incorrect phone numbers. Please double-check your details!

  • Tampered Packages: If you receive a package that looks tampered with or open, please do not accept it. Take a photo/video and contact our support team immediately at hiddenlayerzz@gmail.com.

7. Our Commitment to Sustainability

Green Shipping: In 2026, we are committed to a cleaner future. Your order is shipped in 100% plastic-free, compostable packaging. Where possible, we utilize electric vehicle (EV) fleets for "last-mile" city deliveries.
