Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered! If your new threads aren't quite right, we’re here to help. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Tags: Original tags must still be attached.


How It Works

1. Requesting a Return/Exchange

Log in to your account or visit our Returns Center at https://www.hiddenlayerz.in. You will need your Order ID and the phone number used during checkout.

2. Reverse Pickup

  • We offer reverse pickup services across most pin codes in India.

  • Our courier partner will attempt pickup twice. If the pickup is unsuccessful after two attempts, the return request will be cancelled.

  • Self-Ship: If your pin code is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you will need to ship the item back to our warehouse. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refund & Processing

  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for our team to inspect the items and process the refund.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Did we goofs? If you received a damaged item or the wrong size/color by mistake, please contact us at hiddenlayerzz@gmail.com. within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll send out a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
